• Authoritative security data remains primarily on OZVO Edge.
• Cloud services retain bounded service metadata.
• Dashboard data may transit encrypted cloud relay services during a remote session.

Appliance-resident authoritative data

Authoritative customer security data remains primarily on OZVO Edge under the current architecture. Local operation and the local dashboard do not depend on a cloud copy of the full security dataset.

Cloud metadata

OZVO cloud services may retain bounded metadata needed for identity, tenant and site registration, connectivity, sessions, authorization, auditing, and service operation.

Remote-session transit

During an authenticated remote session, requested dashboard data transits the encrypted remote path. Data transiting that session is different from a persistent cloud copy. OZVO does not claim that customer data never reaches cloud infrastructure while remote access is in use.
