• The 30-day POC is $499 with a 100% conversion credit toward onboarding or the first-year agreement.
• Agree the plan, site, responsibilities, and evidence goals in the proposal before commissioning.
• Pilot protection requires customer authority; Autonomous and Security Readiness remain Planned.

Evaluation terms

The 30-day POC costs $499. On conversion, 100% of the POC fee is credited toward standard onboarding or the first-year agreement, consistent with the current commercial policy.

• Standard onboarding is $999.
• The standard agreement is 12 months, with a 10% annual prepayment discount.
• Published prices cover a standard qualified deployment. Complex, high-scale, multi-site, or custom environments require a tailored proposal. No public per-user or per-device charge does not mean unlimited deployment scale.

Agree the scope before commissioning

1. Confirm the site, responsible customer or MSP operator, and the evidence needed to judge the evaluation.
2. Confirm Core visibility or the qualified Protect pilot workflows in the proposal. Core excludes Ask OZVO and customer-authorized Actions; Protect includes Ask OZVO and pilot-qualified protection.
3. Record qualified Windows posture scope, required network access, customer authorization, support arrangements, and any Remote Portal entitlement.
4. Review observations, source coverage, and evidence freshness before deciding whether the evaluation meets the agreed needs.
